 Click! | | This is what your CD player looks like inside. Remove
X1, a capacitor C11 and a transistor Q1 from the main board. |
 Click! | | Connect the RED wire to the shown wire of C3 and the
other end to +12V of LClock XO3 (the screw terminal furthest away from the orange relay). Shorten the
COAX cable to 30 cm (12 inches) and remove insulation. Connect the ground screen of the COAX cable to
pin 7 of 74HCU04, and the inner conductor to pin 3. |
 Click! | | Set the solder bubble for 5V
operation. |
 Click! | | Fasten the LClock XO3 a suitable place, and use cable
strips to secure the wires. Remember to plug the COAX cable to output of LClock XO3 (closest to the xtal
marked: '22.5792'). |
 Click! | | Your player is now ready for operation! When you
connect power, the blue LED on LClock XO3 will light up after about 10 seconds to indicate that power is
OK. After one or two days you will experience the highest level of sound quality
improvements. |
